Responsible for the successful completion of over 2,000 projects ranging from single family residences to multi-million demolition/abatement projects, Barry is well versed in the management and coordination of complex facility closures, accelerated completion schedules, congested and restrictive work areas and heavily populated regions. Mr. McAnulty’s unique insight has enabled him to acquire a diverse managerial team of expertise to address multiple project scenarios.
Todd Phillips Senior Estimator / Business Development
Todd Phillips is Director of Business Development for Landmark Environmental and Demolition, LLC and its Senior Estimator. He sets the strategy to achieve sales goals for Landmark in collaboration with senior management and directs the company’s growth through client relations. Todd has over 25 years experience in the demolition industry and is experienced in industrial, commercial, institutional and federal projects. Prior to joining Landmark, he served as a branch sales, estimating and project management leader for the largest demolition and asbestos abatement firm in the nation.
Darwin LutzEnvironmental Operations Manager / Special Projects
Darwin has over 36+ years in the Environmental and Demolition industries. His experience includes special projects including, but not limited to hazardous material management, remediation and abatement. As a certified trainer for Hazmat, Asbestos, Lead and Hazard Communication, his notable knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations, assures clients are protected by adherence to regulatory compliance.
Curtis JordanDemolition Operations Manager
With 35+ years of Demolition and Environmental experience, Curtis has successively managed a variety of high-profile projects requiring innovative solutions for rigorous challenges. His ability to recognize and address concerns during methodology development has created a reputable name within the industry. Often sought out among clients by name, Curtis has repeatedly proven demanding projects can be successively completed safely, on time and within budget.
Patrick DavisHealth & Safety Manager
Having over 33 years of Project Management experience performing construction, demolition and environmental services for Federal, civil and commercial clients, Patrick is responsible for the development and implementation of Health and Safety Program(s) as well as Site Specific and Accident Prevention Plans. His vast knowledge and understanding of work task elements enable him to recognize potential hazards and address concerns not only prior to project commencement, but on a daily basis while supporting field operations.
Brett BonkSuperintendent / Special Projects
With several hundred projects successively completed under his supervision, Brett has over 10 years experience in the Environmental and Demolition industries. Many projects consisted of activities within sensitive, occupied spaces including hospitals, public schools, Universities Government building as well as military installations which required extensive, detailed planning to maintain a safe and uninterrupted environment. Though skilled in a variety of Environmental and Demolition projects, Brett’s field of expertise is in select demolition and abatement activities.
Rick FolanSenior Business Development Manager
Rick brings 35 years of industrial experience and knowledge. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. Rick oversees our business development by bringing new opportunities to our team and maintaining client relationships. Rick is an active member in the Environmental Information Association and the Investment Recovery Association.
