Wayne Jones
Estimator/Business Development
Wayne Jones has been a leader in the demolition and hazardous material abatement industry as a field laborer, superintendent, operations manager, and currently is an estimator and business development liaison for Landmark. Throughout his career, he has gained business allies and cultivated valuable relationships. He specializes in procuring Federal work where he excels in work at military installations throughout the Southeast region.
John Wilson
Estimator/Project Manager
John Wilson has spent the last 10 years working in the oil fields, operating heavy equipment, working as a field laborer, and currently using his skill set to estimate and manage projects for Landmark. His expertise is in projects involving building and structural demolition.
Curtis Jordan
Field Operations Manager
Curtis Jordan has 40 years of Demolition and Environmental work experience. His invaluable experience allows him to coordinate as point man for general contractors, foresee any challenges involving safety and procurement, and is a solid leader for Landmark. His other areas of expertise involve keeping projects on budget and schedule.
Darwin Lutz
Environmental Manager
Darwin Lutz has decades of experience in hazardous materials management, remediation and abatement. He is known as a problem solver and corrects problems that are developed on projects. He has been a certified trainer for Hazmat, Asbestos, Lead, and Hazard Communication. His extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations ensures that Landmark, as well as the clients, are protected in following regulatory compliance.

Superintendent
Brett Bonk has had a multi decade career supervising hundreds of projects in sensitive settings such as miliary installations, learning institutions, and hospitals. He has a keen eye for planning and execution of the work. His vast area of knowledge encompasses the environmental and demolition industries. An ability to stay calm and think through a multitude of challenges makes Brett a leader in his field..

Natalie Alexander has decades of experience in managing office tasks, such as accounting, coordination, payroll, certified payroll reporting, and other administrative duties and is our office manager. Her attention to detail and her passion for customer service is what makes her a great office manager.
