SCOPE OF WORK
A momentous multi-discipline demolition project in the heart of downtown Atlanta, The Fulton County Central Library Renovation allowed Landmark to show the full extent of its talent for selective and specialty structural removal.  The 12-month effort included the complete removal of more than 200,000 square feet of the interior along with all electrical and mechanical systems, select precast concrete panel removal at various elevations on all sides, removal of portions of floor structure on every level, as well as elevator and exterior hardscape removal.  Some of the most specialized concrete cutting, rigging, cranes and equipment were used from top to bottom and in close coordination with the design-build team to make ready for improvements to the highly valued and significant structure.
