SCOPE OF WORK
Landmark’s environmental team completed the removal of 500,000 SF of asbestos transite roofing material. This project generated more than 1.6M pounds of asbestos debris and had to be specially handled, containerized, and transported to regulated landfill.  To achieve this, we had to remove close to 15,000 panels and 175,000 screws/fasteners. All the work was safely completed by the use of aerial lift platforms and several different types of engineered fall protection.
